Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us, Bosseler Locksmith, Gemmenicher Weg 16, 52074 Aachen, Tel.: 0241-51547479, Email: info@sicherheitstechnik-bosseler.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
You can download the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement from our website Cancellation Form.pdf, fill it out, and submit it. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
If you agree to the commencement of work before the 14-day period expires and the work has been fully completed, your right of withdrawal expires.
In the event of a cancellation, any goods received must be returned to us immediately at your expense. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
The following are excluded from the right of cancellation: goods custom-made at the customer’s request, custom-made cylinders, custom-made keys, and custom-made locking systems.
There is no right of withdrawal in the case of an emergency service, such as an urgent door opening or urgent repair following a break-in, or the urgent securing of a window or door to immediately restore burglary protection.
